Author Night at the Catonsville Historical Society
Catonsville Historical Society hosts an Author Night reception on Friday, March 31 from 7-9 p.m. Maryland novelists will be on hand to share the writing process plus sneak peeks at their upcoming books. Come enjoy a glass of wine, nibble on some snacks, share conversation with book lovers, and take a look at the latest offerings from best-selling, award-winning authors, all available for signing.
Authors confirmed for this year far include Michelle Markey Butler, Kate Dolan/K.D. Hays, Tom Glenn, Christie Kelley, Christina Kovac, Millie Mack, and Kate Poole.
Location: Historical Society, 1824 Frederick Road, Catonsville.
Cost: Free and open to the public.

2017 Christamore House Guild Book and Author Benefit in Indianapolis, IN
The annual Book and Author Benefit showcases four to six acclaimed authors and their most current works. The luncheon will take place on Friday, April 21, 2017 at the historic Indiana Roof Ballroom in downtown Indianapolis, with nearly 1000 guests. The novelists will share their personal account of their new release and approach to writing. The authors will be available to sign book purchases. Proceeds from this event are presented to the Frances Coburn Scholarship Fund, as well as other educational programs at the Christamore House.
